The Verros room began taking on water Monday after the drain froze Sunday night causing water to seep through the aging roof. Ed Glover discovered the mess and put down salvage covers and buckets to remedy the mess. Later that day members D. Krushinski J. Skinner G. Brown E. Jacobsen T. Vingara and W. Wilson worked to clear snow off the roof and unfreeze the drain pipe. While getting the snow blower on the roof was somewhat hazardous a hose full of warm water and a sawzall ultimately fixed the problem. As a point of interest the past two regular meetings have included detailed discussions about how and when the roof will be repaired. It seems sooner rather than later would be best.
