October’s Monthly Drill at the Piscataway Fire School Training Grounds

On Thursday, October 26th, 2023 The East Franklin Fire Department held our monthly drill. This month’s drill was live burn training at the Piscataway Fire School Training Grounds.

The firefighters went through a total of 4 live fire exercises, where they were able to hone their skills in hoseline deployment, search and rescue, ventilation and deploying ladders.

A total of 36 firefighters were in attendance from EFFD. Thank you to New Market FD for standing by as the RIC. Thank you to Franklin Twp. Fire District #1 for standing by and responding to all calls in our District while we were out training.
